These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of platiipussy.com and purchases made through House of Platiipussy.

Products

House of Platiipussy sells original artwork, fine art prints, limited-edition and hand-finished artwork, cards and other art, home and creative products.

We make every reasonable effort to represent our products accurately.

However, colours may vary between screens and physical products.

Many House of Platiipussy artworks contain fluorescent, UV-reactive, metallic, pearlescent, iridescent, textured or hand-painted elements. These finishes may appear significantly different depending on lighting and can be difficult to reproduce accurately in photography.

Handmade and hand-finished products may contain minor variations. These variations are part of the individual nature of the work.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout.

We may correct genuine pricing, product information or technical errors where they occur.

If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee that we will be able to fulfil it.

In rare circumstances, we may cancel or refuse an order due to stock availability, technical errors, suspected fraudulent activity or another legitimate reason.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Copyright and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all original artwork, designs, photographs, illustrations, graphics, written material and other creative content published by House of Platiipussy remain the intellectual property of House of Platiipussy.

Purchasing an original artwork or product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights in the artwork.

You may not reproduce, print, manufacture, distribute, license, sell, commercially exploit, substantially alter or use House of Platiipussy artwork or designs on another product without prior written permission.

This includes the use of artwork for commercial merchandise, branding, advertising or digital products.

Non-commercial social media sharing is welcome where the artwork remains unaltered and House of Platiipussy is appropriately credited.

Original artwork

Purchasing an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only.

Copyright and all associated reproduction and commercial licensing rights remain with House of Platiipussy unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limited editions

Where artwork is sold as a limited edition, the edition size will be stated on the relevant product page.

Once the stated edition has been completed, that specific edition will not be increased.

Any artist proofs, alternative editions, sizes or substantially different versions will be identified separately where relevant.

Returns and refunds

Purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping

Orders are also subject to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs processing, natural events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, although we will assist customers where reasonably possible.

International customers

Customers purchasing from outside Australia are responsible for ensuring that products can legally be imported into their destination country.

Customs duties, taxes and import charges may apply and are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Website content

You may browse and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit website content without permission.

You must also not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

Third-party services

House of Platiipussy uses third-party providers to operate parts of the website and fulfil transactions, including Shopify, payment providers, shipping services and other technology platforms.

Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, House of Platiipussy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or products purchased through it.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as the business, website or applicable requirements change.

The version published on the website at the time of your order will generally apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws.
